In 2012, the Group of companies «Marine Technics» celebrates its 15-years. The company was founded in 1997 by Abdul Mehtiev, the graduate of the Naval Academy Makarova. Initially «Marine Technics» company had a deal with the sale of ship spare parts on Russian market. The staff of company consisted of 6 people.

Posokhov has been appointed as the
manager of the new office.

transportation of SIBUR liquefied petroleum
gas (LPG).

27 March 2012 - Gazprom Neft Lubricants and Chevron
have signed a licensing agreement for the manufacture of
marine engine oils, allowing the Gazprom Neft subsidiary to
supply a wide range of lubricants, including hydraulic, compressor,
turbine and cooling liquids as well as specialized
lubricants, for sea and river vessels.

- Rosneft and ExxonMobil signed agreements
to implement a long-term Strategic
Cooperation Agreement concluded in
August 2011 to jointly explore for and
develop oil and natural gas in Russia and
to share technology and expertise.

Fields in the Barents and Black Seas
April 25, 2012 - Rosneft and Eni today signed a Strategic Cooperation
Agreement to jointly explore fields in Russian sections of
the Black and Barents Seas and exchange technology and staff.
The agreement also envisages Rosneft's participation in Eni's
international projects.

Operations in the Barents Sea and Sea of Okhotsk
May 5, 2012 - Rosneft and Statoil signed a cooperation
agreement to jointly explore offshore
fields in the Russian sections of the Barents Sea
and Sea of Okhotsk. The agreement also covers
Rosneft's participation in the exploration of license
blocks in the Norwegian part of the Barents
Sea, as well as the possible acquisition by Rosneft
of interests in Statoil's international projects.

Oil and gas production is closely related to development of multiple fields on shelves of Arctic and Far East seas. These areas have localized hydrocarbon stocks. Within the next ten years pipelines with total length exceeding 2.5 thousand kilometers will be mounted, connecting with shelves of Barents sea, Kara Sea and Sea of Okhotsk. Projects of submerged pipelines through Baltic and Black seas look grand in the same manner.

- Nord Stream Completes Laying Line 2 Ahead of Schedule
The Nord Stream Project took another
major step forward today with the
completion of offshore pipelay of the
second of its twin 1,224-kilometre gas
pipelines through the Baltic Sea ahead
of schedule. Following extensive precommissioning
and commissioning, Line
2 is scheduled to begin transporting gas
towards the end of 2012 as part of a fully
automated twin-pipeline gas transport
system capable of transporting 55 billion
cubic metres (bcm) of gas per year
from Russia to the European Union, for
at least 50 years.
